Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has sent a notice of one billion rupees to his ex-wife Alia Siddiqui and his brother. According to Hindustan Times, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has filed a case against his ex-wife Alia Siddiqui alias Zainab Siddiqui in the Mumbai High Court for damages of one billion rupees. He has also accused his brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui of making derogatory and fabricated statements.
According to the Press Trust of India, the actor has also demanded a written apology from his ex-wife and brother. In the trial, he said that Shamsuddin was his manager in 2008, he entrusted all his financial affairs to him. The actor also alleged that Shamsuddin cheated him and bought the property with his money. Nawazuddin Siddiqui further alleged that when he came to know about his brother’s fraud, Shamsuddin started instigating his ex-wife to file a false case against Nawaz.
In recent times, there was a heated argument between the actor and Alia Siddiqui over a property dispute. Apart from this, Nawazuddin Siddiqui requested the High Court to restrain Alia Siddiqui and Shamsuddin from giving further statements about him. He also accused them that both of them had manipulated him to the tune of Rs 21 crore. The court has demanded that the actor be given back his property. Shamsuddin and Aaliya together blackmailed him with dirty videos and comments on social media.
According to PTI, the single bench of Justice Riaz Chagla will hear this case on March 30. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother Shamsuddin has also accused him of defamation. In his tweet, he said that ‘the actor has wasted 11 years of his life and committed 11 more serious crimes.’
He also accused Nawazuddin that ‘he has been married three times.’ He wrote in Hindi that ‘Dear brother Nawazuddin Siddiqui, these are not accusations, they are feelings. ‘ Earlier in January, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was in the media when his wife alleged that she was facing harassment at the actor’s house. She returned from Dubai with her children Shoora and Yani. The actor’s mother had filed a case against her daughter-in-law over a property dispute.
